Shannon and Lindsay have over 20 years of experience helping people find their Rhythm, Identity and Purpose in life. From being pastors to working with youth and families in group homes, founding and leading a youth and family empowerment organization in Africa to coaching business owners and employees in Texas, the location and people have changed, but the mission never has. They also raise their 5 children together, two of whom they adopted in Africa, and have been married since July 2004. They have a heart to see healthy families walking in their true identity together and model this first in their own home.
